Our role as the PCF (Parent Carer Forum) is to first and foremost "listen". We want to hear from you about what is working and/or what is not working well. Then we "translate" this information into themes and trends to be able to "represent" the experiences of families in Southend. We then "feedback" to services and Parent Carers to show how we continue to drive strategic change and improvement.
